As a PMP and PMI-ACP certified project manager with extensive tenure managing a wide range of projects and programs including process improvements, organizational change initiatives, and product implementations, my current goal is to further organizational standards of excellence and reach maximum operational objectives utilizing best practices. I possess vital experience with both traditional and agile project management methods, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, and SEI CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration). My tenure includes orchestrating strategic projects and working in diverse environments including health care, student lending, state government, IT services, and manufacturing.
During my comprehensive career, I have been recognized as a hardworking leader who is driven by challenging projects, undeterred by obstacles, and committed to promoting growth and advancement. In addition, I have demonstrated the capacity for initiating programs related to project and organizational change management, management development, and procurement. I am naturally adept in forging solid relationships with strategic partners and building consensus across multiple organizational levels.
