Cindy Thatcher Corporate Faculty (Learning Technologies & Media Systems)
Cindy is a Director of Sales and Learning Enablement with Teradata, the world’s leading analytic data solutions company. As part of Teradata’s Sales Operations and Enablement team, she is focused on the design and development of learning and enablement programs, assets, and solutions that empower and support sales teams to accelerate closing opportunities, grow deal sizes, and meet corporate revenue objectives. Areas of teams’ focus include selling and consulting skill development, collaboration and communities of practice development, content management, and onboarding and sales kick off events.
In prior roles at Teradata, Cindy has lead teams that design and develop global learning and performance support for Teradata sales, presales, and delivery associates including a wide variety of blended, web-based and live interventions, and workshops aimed at improving consultative selling skills, understanding data science and analytics, new hire orientation, and product and offering training.
